No Return Policy
At The Upper Loom, every item is handmade with love and care. Because each piece is uniquely crafted, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
What we can do: If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect (not due to normal wear and tear or shipping mishandling after delivery), please contact us within 5Â days of receiving your order. Send clear photos showing the damage or defect.
In these cases, we will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer store credit for the full value of the item (excluding shipping costs). Store credit must be used within 30 days and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Please note:
- Custom or personalized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in all situations.
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- Buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or “I no longer want it” are not valid reasons for returns or credits.

Due to the unique nature of variegated yarn, color placement and striping may differ from the photos. These variations are normal and part of the charm of handmade items.
