We ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii)

Processing Times

• In-stock / Ready-to-ship items: We aim to process and ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
• Made-to-order / custom items: These are handmade specifically for you. Processing time is 5–14 business days depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume. We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping/transit time. Your order will be shipped once it is completed and quality-checked.

Shipping Times (after processing) Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (USPS Ground Advantage or similar)

Important Notes

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you receive store credit for a damaged item.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
• If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once the made-to-order items are completed (unless you contact us to request separate shipping, which may incur additional costs).
• During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
